Addis Ababa City Education Bureau is holding discussions with teachers, principals and education sector stakeholders on the implementation of the 2013 school plan and preparations for the 2014 school year.

Addis Ababa City Education Bureau Head, Zelalem Msoto, on the occasion said the government has been able to completely eliminate the dropout rate and dropout rate by providing food and learning materials to the students during the 2013 academic year.

He said work is underway to create an ethical generation for the next 2014 academic year, he said.

The three-day discussion was attended by principals, deputy principals and superintendents of all schools, sub-city and woreda education sector leaders and supervisors on the organization of educational institutions, the process of teaching and learning in the school environment and other issues.
