Mayor Adanech Abebe lays foundation stone for Ras Theater
The oldest and most important part of Ethiopia’s art journey; The foundation stone of the new theater, which has given a lot of great artists to our country, was laid today by Mayor Adanech Abebe.
It is known that the Addis Ababa City Administration has completed the construction of the Addis Ababa Culture and Theater as well as the construction of the Addis Ababa Children’s and Youth Theater and Patriotic Theaters.

Commenting on the groundbreaking ceremony, Mayor Adanech Abebe said we are working with special attention to the arts. By building ten amphitheater theaters in our city; “We have built a beautiful hall of the municipality and today we have laid the foundation stone for the construction of the first new theater,” he said.
We will not begin what we did not finish, “We will continue what we have started and we will continue to focus on it,” he said.
He also conveyed the message that you should use your wisdom and work hard for peace and stability in nation building.
