Document Verification and Registration Agency terminates sales and gift verification services.
The Federal Document Certification and Registration Agency has temporarily suspended the provision of services related to real estate sales and donations.
Ethio FM 107.8 Director General of the Agency, Muluken Amaren, inquired about the reasons behind the suspension of the sale and gift service for some time.
According to Muluken, work is underway to integrate the services provided by the institute and to better integrate the data system.
He said improvements are being made to update the data system.

More than 1,000 drivers have had their driver’s licenses suspended.
Addis Ababa Transport Bureau announced that it has suspended the licenses of 1,117 drivers who allegedly committed serious offenses.
Drivers whose licenses were suspended were said to have had 290 deaths and 827 serious injuries.
Public Relations Head of the Bureau, Aregawi Maru, said action has been taken against 4,443 drivers.
He also said action has been taken against 10,330 drivers who were driving while talking on mobile phones.
The bureau said action has been taken against 1,20 drivers who were speeding.
Aregawi also said legal action has been taken against 9,000 drivers found violating the rules of Mexico-Germany, Mexico-Stadium, Legehar Piazza, Lion’s Garage Goro and Lambert-Border-Kara.
Corrective action was reportedly taken against 30,011 drivers who were found guilty of attempting to enforce three signs (stop sign, turn signal, mandatory sign).
A total of 755 drivers have been sent to the institute for rehabilitation training, of which 437 have returned their driver’s licenses.
