Structural work on the project has now been completed and roofing and wall laying, fencing, electrical wiring, electromechanical work, cornice and painting are underway.

Upon completion, the project is expected to play a significant role in alleviating traffic congestion in the capital and ensure the safety of roads, vehicles and pedestrians.

The entire building will be located below ground and will have a 2,200-square-meter green space at the top of the building.
