The Addis Ababa City Administration Cabinet announced its findings in a regular meeting today.It is known that it has published its findings based on independent research and factual information.

Based on the findings of the study, the cabinet discussed the steps to be taken and decided to hold a broad discussion.

Accordingly:
1.The city government will take over 322 unoccupied buildings from the clean-up study and sell them to the government through open bidding for public development;

2. Transfer to 21,695 illegally occupied, closed condominiums registered in 1997 and to those who are permanently saving;
3. Provide clear housing standards for kebele housing to the vulnerable and vulnerable.
4. In the case of kebele commercial houses, it has been decided to vacate the illegally occupied houses and give them to the unemployed youths by lot.
5. Until this is done, it has been decided that the houses must be notified of the federal documents confirming the ban.
