We will work to prevent the importation of imported construction materials – Engineer Takele Uma
A delegation led by the Minister of Mines, Engineer Takele Uma, visited a ceramic factory under construction in Bischofswerda.
Engineer Takele Uma said the industry built in Bischofswerda will enable us to avoid imported construction inputs and meet our capacity and national needs with local products.
“We will continue to work for the private sector to expand the mining industry,” he said.
He said most of the existing mining industries will use their national capacity in a coordinated manner to alleviate the shortage of raw materials and replace them with domestic inputs.
According to information received from their social networking site, they have said that they will work with Oromia regional stakeholders to complete the construction of the ceramic factory.
