Addis Ababa and Fujan Province of China have signed an agreement to establish sister cities.
On behalf of the Addis Ababa City Administration, Ethiopian Ambassador to China Teshome Toga arrived in Beijing and signed agreements with Fujan State.
Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa and Fujan State, Adanech Abebe, said she is happy that the agreement has been signed.
It will also enable the exchange of experiences and cooperation between Addis Ababa and Fujan State in the fields of economy, trade, agriculture, culture, tourism, education, sports and health, said Deputy Mayor Adanech Abebe.

He said the Chinese government has always proved to be a partner of Ethiopia by supporting the comprehensive development activities in Ethiopia and by standing by Ethiopia in international forums.
