1. Regarding the statement in the first paragraph of the statement, “The government believes that the recent separation between the fathers of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church should be resolved peacefully and internally.”

1.1. As far as is known, there was no schism among the Church Fathers. According to the decision of the Holy Synod, there are no blessed fathers who are known as members and are recognized as fathers of our church, but there is no disagreement.
