According to the notice given by the National Bank of Ethiopia to resume the suspended banking services, Anbesa International Bank has stated that it has completed the preliminary preparations to provide banking services in the Tigray region.

In the information sent to Fana Broadcasting Corporation, the bank has established committees and done preliminary work to start the service that has been suspended in the Tigray region.

In this way, it has been shown that preparatory work has been carried out to verify the extent of damage to the bank’s property and money during the war, to balance customer accounts, to integrate the gap with the bank’s core banking since the branches in the region stopped providing services, and to carry out other related activities quickly.

At the same time, Wagan Bank has recently completed preparations to provide full banking services in the Tigray region.
