Addis Ababa Leadership Academy said it will work to increase implementation capacity.

The Addis Ababa Leadership Academy is holding a consultation forum with stakeholders.

Speaking at the opening of the forum, Alemayehu Ejigu, Deputy Head of the Addis Ababa City Prosperity Party Office and Head of the Political Sector, said the academy has been established due to the need for an institution that understands the convenience of Addis Ababa City and solves existing service delivery problems.

Alemayehu said the forum will provide ideas for solving the issue of good governance of citizens and solving service delivery problems.

Speaking on the occasion, the Director General of the Academy, Dr. Desalegn Petros, on his part said that we will provide scientific training to the management and executives based on research.

He said they will focus on increasing the implementation and enforcement capacity of the training provided; He said such forums are crucial for the training.
