Addis Ababa, the Ministry of Labor and Skills is holding discussions with agencies engaged in the field of foreign employment.
At the forum, the Minister of Labor and Skills, Muferihat Kamil, stated that the employment sector of foreign countries has a big mission.
As the competition is global, it is necessary to understand the current situation to overcome this, the minister said.
He said that the discussion will identify strengths and weaknesses in order to carry out responsibilities, and ideas will be raised regarding the possibility of moving forward with a modern system, and if there are limitations in capacity, solutions will be put in place.
Mrs. Muferihat said that in the process of building a country, structural and mental changes are important.
The information obtained from the ministry also indicates that they should realize the role of the comprehensive change of the country in the success of their work.
It is mentioned that more than 400 foreign employment agencies will receive training on the digital system in the next two days.
