The following is a list of issues discussed and passed by the Council:

The council primarily discussed the proposed regulations to determine the organization, powers and functions of the oil and energy authority, and following the decree number 1263/2014 issued by the federal government to determine the powers and functions of the executive bodies, a new institution was established to manage oil and energy issues. It has been prepared and presented to the House of Ministers.
