The Ministry of Education has announced the passing marks of the 2013 Grade 12 exams.

State Minister for Higher Education Development, Dr. Samuel Kifle made a statement on the introduction of higher education.

Accordingly, the first round of the contestants

Natural Science in Government Higher Education Institutions 363 for Men and 351 for Women

In private higher education institutions, 300 men and women alike
351 for males and 339 for females in developing regions and pastoral areas

300 for male and female alike

300 for private students

Nature Science Personal (Re-Challenges) Both Gender 380
300 for those who want to pursue higher education in private

Social Sciences 264 for males and 254 for males and 250 for private higher education.

200 for regular blind candidates for both genders and 200 for private higher education.

For developing regions and pastoral areas, 254 for males and 250 for females and 250 for those seeking higher education.

Social Science is a cutting point for both private (re-examiners) 280 genders and 250 individuals pursuing higher education.

Natural science standard exams for 423 males and 409 females and 350 males for private higher education.

Pastoral areas 411 for males and 398 for females and 350 for both genders for private higher education.

Personal Challenges (Re-Challenges) Both genders 443 and 355 to pursue higher education.
