The UEFA champions league knock stage draw has been held today. The group winners are drawn against the runner ups. Two teams from the same country are not drawn together at this stage. Which means Chelsea has avoided the draw with either Manchester United, Liverpool or Manchester city which are winners of their group.
In the same manner Intermilan has avoided Juventus as they are from the same league. Atletico has avoided the draw with giants Real Madrid.
The knock out stage draw has been highly expected as there are many big names which finished as a runner up. The likes of PSG, Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Intermilan all finished as a runner up.
The most eye catching draw is the meeting between Paris Saint Germain and Manchester United. PSG finished as a runner up in a group which was won by Man City.

PSG vs Manchester United
Benefica vs Real Madrid
Villareal vs Manchester City
Atletico Madrid vs Bayern Munich
RB Salzburg vs Liverpool
Chelsea vs Lille
Inter Milan vs Ajax
Sporting CP vs Juventus
The first leg of the knock out stage is played at the runner up stadium and the return leg will be at the group winners ground. The exact date will be communicated in a due time.
