Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa, Adanech Abebe, called on all parties to celebrate the Feast of Baptism in a peaceful, peaceful and respectful manner.
Deputy Mayor Adanech Abebe, along with various religious leaders, cleaned the dormitory at Yosef Church in Lafto Sub-City.
During the clean-up campaign, Deputy Mayor Adanech Abebe said the baptism ceremony is not only religious but also of social benefit.
Speaking on the occasion, Adanech Abebe said the baptism program is a symbol of the unity of Ethiopians. She said that despite their nationality and identity, it is an act of unity.
He called on all parties to play their part in ensuring that the festival begins and ends peacefully, with the usual Ethiopian courtesy, respect, listening and solidarity.
Fathers from all religious institutions, youths and residents of Nifas Silk Lafto sub-city participated in the clean-up operation organized by the Addis Ababa Council of Religious Institutions.
