PM Abiy Ahimed Inaugurated GERD and Announced New 30 Billion USD Mega Projects

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) made the following key points at the inauguration of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam:

👉 We have shown that black people can and will achieve through the Renaissance, the first great work in the history of black people;

👉 Ethiopia will soon start operating a nuclear plant for peaceful purposes, which will replace the Renaissance Dam;

👉 Ethiopia’s first gas factory will be inaugurated in a few weeks;

👉 Ethiopia will start operating the largest Ethiopian Airlines in Africa;

👉 The fertilizer factory we recently signed will start operating;

👉 The Renaissance is the anchor of yesterday’s sorrow, the harbinger of tomorrow’s dawn;

👉 In the past five years, we have been able to capture 74 trillion liters of water;

👉 Ethiopia will prosper; Ethiopia will become independent after its dependence;

👉 The era of Ethiopian begging, laziness and greed is over and Ethiopia’s prosperity is inevitable;

👉 Since the famine in Egypt and the problems of other neighboring countries are also ours, we have no intention of harming anyone except to eat together;

👉 The Ethiopian Renaissance was created to change the history of black people, not to harm neighboring countries

👉 We must all work together to make Ethiopia’s prosperity a reality.

The total cost of the new Mega Projects will be estimated at 30 billion USD and planned to be completed with in the next 5 years.
