Electricity Bill Calculation‼️
Do you know how to calculate your “monthly electricity bill” and what you pay for? To help you use it, simply calculate your expenses according to the following procedure! – #4
👉 When a “residential customer” pays a monthly electricity bill, it includes the service charge, the regulatory authority’s control tax, value added tax, IBCO TV license fee and service fee value added tax.
👉 The procedure also includes the current kilowatt-hour tariff multiplier and the above-mentioned fees when the customers’ electricity consumption is multiplied by the current kilowatt-hour tariff multiplier and the above-mentioned fees.
For example, if we assume that a customer used 350 kilowatt-hours (kWh) in this December💡
➡️ A “postpaid customer” who uses 301 to 400 kWh of electricity, the current tariff multiplier per (kWh) will be 4.9477 birr.
Monthly energy consumption
▶️ 350 kWh*4.9477 Birr (current tariff multiplier) 🟰 1,731.70 Birr,
