The Central Ethiopia Regional Council members appointment

The Central Ethiopia Regional Council has approved the appointment of 8 cabinet members.

The Central Ethiopia Regional Council has approved the appointment of 8 cabinet members nominated by the region’s chief administrator, Endashaw Tassew (Dr.), with one abstention and a majority vote.

Accordingly:

1. Mr. Ali Kedir – Head of the Regional Revenue Office
2. Mr. Mustafa Issa – Head of the Regional Job Creation and Enterprise Development Office
3. Mr. Assefa Deche – Head of the Regional Technical Education and Training Office
4. Mrs. Zebiba Mohammed Nasir – Head of the Regional Women and Children Affairs Office
5. Mr. Samuel Darge – Head of the Regional Health Office
6. Mr. Abraham Mecha – Head of the Regional Forest and Environmental Protection Development Office
7. Mr. Zerihun Eshetu – Head of the Regional Government Communications Affairs Office
8. Mr. Getachew Lelisho – Head of the Regional Youth and Sports Office

They have been appointed accordingly.

Regarding the appointments proposed by Chief Administrator Endashaw Tassew (Dr.) for the executive offices, the Regional Communications Office has indicated that after explanations and opinions were provided by council members, the appointments were approved by a majority vote.
