Ato Adem Farah holds talks with the Secretary General of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement of South Sudan
Ato Adem Farah, Head of the Coordination Center for Democracy Building in the rank of Deputy Prime Minister and Vice President of the Prosperity Party, held talks with the Secretary General of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement of South Sudan, Peter Lamboze.
Ato Adem Farah said in a message on his social media page, “Today, we held a bilateral meeting with the Secretary General of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement of South Sudan, Peter Lamboze, who came to our country to attend the 2nd Ordinary Conference of the Prosperity Party.”
“We expressed our great respect for the fact that our party accepted the invitation and represented his party and the brotherly people of South Sudan at our conference, and we held a discussion that can enhance the mutual benefits of the peoples of the two countries,” he added.
He also announced that the Prosperity Party-led government is committed to taking the benefits of the two countries to a new level.
The Secretary-General of the movement also indicated that South Sudan will always stand by Ethiopia on regional issues and expressed their respect for Ethiopia’s support to the country.
