A surprise visit was made to the kebeles and sectors to evaluate the implementation of the decision as decided by the cabinet to make Monday and Wednesday the day of users in our administration.

A team from the administration's Public Service and Government Communications Office under the leadership of the Deputy Mayor of the administration Mr. Harbi Buh toured one by one kebeles and sector offices and observed the service delivery.

It is known that according to the instructions of the administration cabinet, all the sector offices and kebeles have been given work directions that government officials should be present at their workplaces and serve customers on Mondays and Wednesdays.

In a surprise visit today, it was possible to observe that most of the leadership in each kebeles and sectors were present at their workplaces and were attending to the customers, and the leaders who were not asleep at their desks due to the meeting in violation of the instructions were ordered to interrupt the meeting and return to their desks.

Mr. Harbi stated during the visit that irrevocable action will be taken against the leaders and workers at all levels who have a gap in their service and highlight the society.

Mr. Muaz Ali, Director of Information Communication of the Administration's Government Communications Affairs Bureau, on his part, stated that the purpose of the visit is to evaluate the situation in terms of providing appropriate services to the people by applying the directives issued by the cabinet in all institutions and indicating that the monitoring work will continue at all sector offices and kebeles.

Dredawa Administration Public Service and Human Resource Development Bureau Chief, including Ato Hair Haji Noor, other change action groups also attended the work visit.

The group observed the development works being carried out in Kebele 09 along the footpath and toured the construction stage of a general hospital and a hotel in the area.
