Ethiopia's success in the agricultural sector is a model for Africans and the rest of the world, said Kiu Dongyun, Director General of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

The Director General said this while speaking at the FAO Agricola Medal Award.

The Director General also said that Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) has paid attention to the productivity of agriculture since he became the country's leader.

Especially their efforts to increase the productivity of wheat in Ethiopia and the results they achieved; He also testified that there is an African solution to Africa's food security problem.

"What I want to tell Africans now is that there is an African solution to the problem of food security in Africa. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) has shown this in practice by sending wheat to neighboring countries." said FAO director-general Qiu Dongyun.
