#Ethiopia  The education office of the region has announced that the results of the 6th and 8th grade regional examination in Amhara region of 2016 have been released. 

Among the 132 thousand 225 6th grade students who took the exam, 97 thousand 859 (74 points 1 percent) scored half or above. 

Similarly, 84 thousand 522 (56 percent) of the 150 thousand 928 8th grade students who took the exam scored half or more. 

Among the 82 blind 6th grade students who sat for the exam, 80 students scored half and above, and among the 148 blind 8th grade students who took the test, 105 students scored half and above.
