Commercial Bank of Ethiopia CBE Nur announced that it is conducting Iftar and Suhur programs in collaboration with various charities in Addis Ababa.

CBE Nur Vice President of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Nuri Hussein, said that the organizations have started activities to help more than 10,000 families through these organizations.

On the same day, the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) in collaboration with Babul Hair, a well-known charity in the field of feeding and assisting needy families, as well as providing vocational training and support to the needy, held Iftar and food sharing for 1,000 families. It is stated that similar programs will continue for several consecutive days and it is expected that a total of 5,000 households will be involved in the creation of Iftar and food sharing programs.

Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) Vice President Nuri Hussein, who was present at the event, said the bank is conducting Iftar and food sharing programs for 10,000 families in nine different cities this budget month. He also said that the bank is conducting Iftar activities with more than 2,500 customers in fourteen cities.

Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Acting President Ephraim Mekuria, who was present at the event, on his part said the bank is fulfilling its social responsibility and will continue to do so in the future.

Members of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) Management and other invited guests were present at the event.
