I am sure that the vision of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) will make Ethiopia not only a symbol of prosperity but also a symbol of beauty, said Kiu Dongyun, Director General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

The Director General appreciated Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's (Dr.) vision based on rural development.

The Director General of FAO said that he realized that Prime Minister Abiy had been working with determination and great motivation to make his world practical.

With this, he stated that Ethiopia has achieved interesting results with the green footprint program that they have been implementing in the last consecutive years.

Dongyun added, "I am sure that Prime Minister Abiy will achieve his vision; The work he started will make the future of Ethiopia not only prosperous but beautiful and green as well as comfortable for life," he said.

The Director General stated that he will be honored to present the great FAO Agricola Medal for this exemplary act to the Prime Minister.
