The 6th regular meeting of the Council of Ministers discussed various issues and passed a resolution

The 6th Ordinary Session of the Council of Ministers held its 6th Ordinary Session today.

1. The Council first discussed the draft Science, Technology and Innovation Policy.

Various efforts have been made in 2004 EC to develop a science technology and innovation policy based on the use, copying and adaptation of technology in medium and large manufacturing and service delivery institutions.

Despite the results of the policy implementation, studies have shown that it has not been successful in bringing about fundamental change.

Therefore, it pays special attention to the development of domestic technology; Strengthen the linkages of enterprises by increasing their technological potential; With the need for a policy that focuses on innovation, in addition to agriculture and manufacturing, tourism, mining and ICT should be supported by technology and innovation as a basis for national prosperity. It is believed that a draft policy has been prepared and submitted to the House.

The council discussed the draft policy in depth and decided to adopt inputs.2. The House further discussed the draft regulations to determine the organization, powers and functions of the 11 executive bodies.
