#Ethiopia Safaricom Ethiopia has announced the launch of its network expansion in the Karo area of ​​Eastern Ethiopia in conjunction with the New Year Community Development Initiative.

Safaricom Ethiopia has announced that it has carried out network expansion under the Karo cluster covering 32 cities and 114 sites in the West and East Hararge area. 

According to the organization, this activity aims to increase telecommunication coverage in the region, support local economic activities and provide better connectivity for residents.

The launch events were held in the cities of Qulubi, Xalenko, Karamile, Hirna and Karo, during which the CEO of Safaricom Ethiopia, Wim Vanhelepute, emphasized the company's commitment.

The CEO added, "We have built stores in Kharo and other major cities, where we will be more accessible while providing our products and services and creating employment opportunities."
