Gorgora Chart for Civil Project Construction More than 90 percent completed.

The Gorgora Chart for the Nation Building Project has announced that more than 90 percent of the civil work has been completed.

The Chief Executive of the Amhara Regional State, Dr. Yilkal Kefale, and his cabinet visited the site today.

The project manager, Dr. Fesseha Assefa, said the construction work is underway outside the normal working hours.

He said the construction of the project is in line with international tourism works of art that highlight the beauty of Tana and harmonize with the local natural resources.

According to ENA, the construction will create job opportunities for thousands of local youths and create a favorable environment for knowledge and technology transfer.

He said the Gorgora Table for the construction of the country project will include large meeting halls, modern guest houses, entertainment lounges and amphitheater.

The project will include marine recreation, pedestrian and bicycle routes and two helicopter landings.

On the other hand, the head of state observed the performance of Angereb drinking water dam this evening.

According to Dr. Yilkal, the regional government will focus on supporting the ongoing efforts to solve the drinking water problem in Gondar.

He said access to safe drinking water has not been possible due to the rapidly growing population of the city.

He said efforts will be made to accelerate the construction of the irrigation and drinking water dam in order to solve the city's drinking water problem in a sustainable manner. He also said that facilitating other alternatives is not a matter of time.

He said efforts should be intensified to increase the capacity of the Angerereb Drinking Dam, which has been in operation for many years.
