In order to improve the efficiency of the logistics sector, a consultative forum was held to coordinate the coordination between our country and Djibouti.

Opening the forum, the Minister of Transport of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ms. Dagmawit Moges, said the deployment of a similar logistics system with the fast-changing logistics industry in Djibouti will reduce the logistics time and cost and make it more competitive.

He said coordination between the two countries is crucial to shorten the supply chain and ensure that the products reach the right place at the right time. He said the forum, organized on the Ethio-Djibouti corridor, will be of great benefit in improving the logistics sector.

President of the Ethiopian Logistics Community, Elizabeth Getahun, on her part said that the working hours of the two countries will make them competitive in the international logistics sector.

According to a report from the Technical Committee of the two countries, discussions were held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Addis Ababa to resolve obstacles and problems in the logistics sector.
