#Ethiopia The Ethiopian delegation that participated in the Paris Olympics was invited today at the National Palace in the presence of the President of the Federation, Sahlework Zewde.   

At the invitation and award ceremony, awards were given to the athletes and coaches who won medals for Ethiopia in the competition.   

Tamrat Tola, the athlete who won the only gold for our country in the competition, was awarded seven million Birr and a gold medal.   

The coach of Tamrat Tola and Tigst Asefe, Gemedo Dedfo, refused to accept the reward of two million birr.   

The coach who delivered the message at the event said, "Our president, we coaches, have been gone for a long time, it is not worth our effort."   

He added, "Two million is like an insult to me, so if it doesn't offend you, I want to return this prize, I will accept it for everything that comes."
