Komari Beverage toured the production facility of "Arada" for the media

#Ethiopia Today, February 7, 2016, Komari Beverage toured the production facility called "Arada" which is the first in Ethiopia in the North Showa Zone of Amhara region for media professionals.

Komari Beverage, which was founded in 2021 according to the European calendar, is a huge factory built on 10,000 hectares in an area called Shakke, which is located 2080 meters above sea level, 96 kilometers north-east of Addis Ababa in the North Showa zone of the Amhara region.

Kfle Abebe Warke, CEO of the organization, said that Komari Beverage, which has created permanent and over 500 temporary jobs for more than 208 local residents, is playing a major role for the local farmers and youth by fulfilling its social responsibility.

Besrat Degfe, the company's plant operation and capex manager, said that Komari Beverage, where all Ethiopians participated from factory construction to machine installation and control, contributed significantly by creating a new work culture and knowledge.

It produces 27,000 (twenty-seven thousand) bottles per hour in lemon, apple and pineapple flavors and delivers products to the community in various areas throughout Ethiopia, including Djibouti.
