Jack Motors, the leading vehicle manufacturer, has announced that it has decided to assemble an electric vehicle in Ethiopia

Chinese vehicle manufacturer Jack Motors has decided to start assembling electric vehicles in Ethiopia, according to Zhang Hornog, the company's president. 

The president of the organization stated this during a meeting with the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Dr. Alemu Sme, with the president of Jack Motors and the management of Hyojan Industrial Park.

During the discussion, the minister stated that he has facilitated favorable policy and market conditions for international institutions engaged in the production and assembly of electric vehicles in Ethiopia.

The Minister also mentioned that Jack Motors and Hyojan Industrial Park have favorable conditions for mass production of electric vehicle chargers in Ethiopia, apart from the assembly of electric vehicles.

He added that the ministry will provide all the necessary assistance to enable Jack Motors to start working in the shortest possible time. 

The President of Jack Motors said; He explained that the current state of change in Ethiopia has created a convenient and reliable market opportunity for international investment institutions. He stated that his company has decided to invest in the electric vehicle sector, attracted by this favorable situation. 

According to the information we received from the ministry, they expressed their belief that their company will start assembling electric vehicles in Ethiopia in a short period of time.

Jack Motors is an international manufacturer engaged in the production and assembly of vehicles based in China.
