Owners were called to do their part to ease the housing demands in the capital

Addis Ababa, Mayor of Addis Ababa, Adanech Abebe, called on the private investor to participate in the housing development programs and contribute to alleviating the overlapping housing demands.

In her social media post, Mayor Adanech mentioned the inauguration of 116 houses built by Sakur Real Estate and 360 houses and commercial shops built by Alsam Group.

The mayor pointed out that the government's efforts alone cannot bring the desired results to answer the housing demand of the city's residents.

Therefore, the private investor should participate in the various housing development programs and contribute to alleviating the overlapping housing demands, he said.

The houses that have been completed today have highlighted the important role they play in the use of space, modernity, quality, changing the image of the city, improving the lifestyle and creating job opportunities.
