Notice of extension of commercial rent auction

Federal Housing Corporation wants to rent out 105 houses for various commercial, corporate and office uses to bidders.

We would like to inform the bidders who want to participate in the auction that the closing date for the sale of tender documents has been extended from January 23 to January 28, 2015 until 9:30 a.m., consecutive days including weekends.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the date of entry of tender documents will end on January 28, 2015 at 11:30.

Bidders must submit 25,000.00 Birr (twenty five thousand Birr) as security deposit along with their bid documents.

The Corporation reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part if it finds a better way.
