Genboro Real Estate agreed to work with the Ethiopian Diaspora Association

#Ethiopia Genboro Real Estate, known as "Get in Time", announced to the media that they have reached an agreement with the Ethiopian Diaspora Association today, January 2, 2016 at the Sky Light Hotel in Bole to sell houses at a special discount to members of the Ethiopian diaspora community living in different worlds. They explained.

According to the agreement, Genboro Real Estate Bole Bulbula has offered one hundred houses with 70 percent construction completed and four hundred houses in Sarbet Vatican Embassy area which will be completed within three years to members of the Ethiopian Diaspora Association.

The Ethiopian Diaspora Association was established in 2001 and has more than 10,000 members living in different countries. In the past fifteen years, the association has acted as a bridge connecting the diaspora with the country, and has been and continues to be a voice for the diaspora.

 In addition to this, the association is working to protect the interests of the diaspora in different directions, and is striving to satisfy the needs of its members by strengthening such partnerships in the future.

Genboro has handed over three of the six projects it has built and is building, and the Kiru apartment it is building near the Vatican Embassy in Sarbet is the first option for Ethiopians who desire a good lifestyle and a refined lifestyle.

Landing on 5,077 square meters, the Kiru project will have 30 floors of residential, seven floors of parking and five floors of international brand shops, plus 1,000 square meters of green space.

Genboro Real Estate, which started in Bole Bulbula four years ago and has been involved in real estate development, is developing five projects in Bole Bulbula and recently, Kiru Apartments, which will give a different look to the area near the Vatican Embassy in Sarbet.
