The types of damage covered under Tier One are:
1. Unlawfully towed a vehicle;
2. Drives with cargo without a complete load carrier;
3. Uses the sound of the trumpet inappropriately or in a prohibited place or uses the sound of a warning (trumpet) inappropriately;
4. A driver who washes a vehicle on the road or causes it to be washed
5. Parks a vehicle at a bus stop, on a sidewalk, near a traffic signal or light, at a vehicle entrance or exit door, in front of another vehicle, or in any place where parking is prohibited by road signs;
6. Stops a vehicle on the road by delaying beyond the permitted time;
7. A driver who places or affixes a curtain, sticky rubber or other similar objects on the vehicle that obstructs the driver's view;
8. Drives below the permitted speed or drives slowly without keeping the right edge;
9. Rides a bicycle without wearing or wearing a helmet;
10. Drive around making excessive noise;
11. Driving without having a driver's license or driving without renewing the driver's license;
12. Who swerves, changes direction, overtakes a vehicle or stops a vehicle without showing the distance allowed by law;

24. In a vehicle with a loading capacity of more than 25 people, 1 to 5 people are overloaded.
