Fana Broadcasting Corporation has signed a partnership agreement with the University of Asosa

Addis Ababa, Fana Broadcasting Corporation has signed a memorandum of understanding to work with Assosa University.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Sheleme Kebe, the language executive of the institution through Fana Broadcasting Corporate, and Abera Baisa, the assistant president of academic affairs at Asosa University.

It is said that the document of mutual agreement is focused on working together to produce qualified experts in each field in the teaching and learning process, to transform it into action by carrying out problem-solving research activities, and to change the life of the community.

It is also said that Fana Broadcasting Corporation and Asosa University will work together for the overall national development, and they will cooperate to make the community-oriented issues of the university accessible through the media.

Fana Broadcasting Corporate delivers current, entertaining, educational, close to society's life, transformative and influential information through 12 FMs, national radio, television and digital media at home and abroad with speed and quality. He stated at the signing ceremony.

He also said that the university will be an environment where it can be promoted through student services, educational excellence, community-wide development activities and activities that ensure the benefit of the society.

He also stated that Fana has built its own media networks studio and broadcasts by its own qualified professionals.

 He pointed out that in the field of community radio, Fana Broadcasting Corporate has built and established Dre Dewa University, Haromaya University, Silete Community and Argoba.

They mentioned that the construction of Addis Ababa Police Commission studio was also done in Fana.

He explained that the institution is working to build community radios of other institutions.

He stated that Fana is ready to work together with Asosa University in the fields of research and training.

Asosa University Academic Affairs M/President Assistant Professor Abera Baysa said that his institution has been doing many projects with Fana Broadcasting Corporation and will continue to do community-oriented projects together.

He said that they will work with Fana Broadcasting Corporation to promote the image of the university to the society.

He also mentioned that the university has been working with Broadcasting Corporation in several areas.

He also said that the joint agreement will bring the two institutions closer together.

In addition to FANA Broadcasting Corporation, Assosa University has signed a memorandum of understanding to work together with Addis Ababa University of Science and Technology, Institute of Foreign Affairs, Ethiopian Heritage Research and Conservation Authority, and Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute.
