#Ethiopia Ethio-Istanbul General Hospital held a 6-month performance report review today at Skylight Hotel where hospital staff and stakeholders were present.

In medical services, Ethio-Istanbul General Hospital has organized 58 types of specialist medical services. On July 8, 2023, it started providing treatment, which is different from the usual organization in our country, as it is said to make it unique by fully organizing all types of treatment and professionals.

In the hospital, 17 specialists and 89 specialist doctors treated 4 thousand permanent patients and 763 outpatients through a total of 106 experienced medical doctors.

Also, more than 600 emergency patients were treated in the emergency treatment room organized by specialist doctors, and more than 1 thousand patients were treated in bed treatment services in the fully equipped and special rooms, according to the report.

It is said that in the past 6 months, 3,000 kidney dialysis treatments have been provided and 1,000 major and minor surgeries have been provided.

Also, out of the free heart surgery service that is planned to be provided to 300 children with heart disease per year, 5 children have been successfully treated in the first round.

Apart from this, a certificate of appreciation was given to the hospital staff who have contributed significantly since the hospital started its operation.

Currently, the hospital employs 189 full-time and 106 part-time employees.
