Due to their special love for athletics, they have been able to take various coaching trainings in the country and internationally and have succeeded in their careers.

They have taken the first level or Level 1 coaching training at the Ethiopian Athletics Federation; They were also able to take Level 2 & 3 training in international athletics. He also received a diploma in the profession after attending the training of coaches from the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Currently, he is working as a sports science teacher and researcher at Salale University.
