The doctor lost his job!

#Ethiopia I am one of the unemployed doctors who graduated from Hawassa University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital on September 15, 2015.

As you know, it's been two months since we graduated. We are understanding that we need to wait another two or three months as it is said that the COC exam will not give a professional license without being tested.

It is very unfortunate that we are forced to trouble our poor families who have learned and learned from such hardships in this life. After passing many tests, we passed the qualification test and were told that you can treat us.

We have finished the exam and now we are planning to work and rest our tired families, we were told that they have another exam. We said okay, let's test it. No, you wait 4 months to take the exam, after which the exam will be revised and the results will be released after a month and fifteen days. After that, it will be another few days until we issue a professional license.

When a doctor is out of work for 5 months or more, in addition to the impact on his life and psychology, the damage to his career is not small! Does the government care about this? I don't think he thought at all.

If possible, taking these things into consideration, I think it would be good if the professional license is mandatory and issued while working. If not, it would be better if a way to give the exam soon after graduation is arranged.

To those who say that medical students are being paid from the third year of their studies, how can I convince them that I am unemployed? We are also salaried and asked why we did not pay duty on time. At least we want to get in line, we want the concerned party to see that we are being hurt by thoughts and worries and to help us.
