I would like to congratulate all the lucky winners of the 14th round of 20/80 and the 3rd round of 40/60 shared housing that you have been patiently saving and waiting for ages!!

Even though the lottery process was delayed and hampered due to the fraud problems we faced in the house lot selection process in the past, we are extremely grateful to all the residents of our city who have been by our side by understanding our efforts to save the public's resources and with patience and understanding to help the rule of law be respected with a high sense of responsibility.

Also, I would like to express my sincere gratitude on behalf of the city administration for the great contribution you have made to the leaders, managers, workers, experts and federal institutions at all levels who participated diligently in the success of this work!!
