The Ethiopian Teachers Association is talking with private banks about the issues that will benefit the teachers and the association

The loan service is supposed to solve the lack of funds that teachers face to change themselves and improve their lives.

       In order to solve this problem, several banks submitted a document calling for the association to decide on the possibility of working together for different private banks and to sign a contract with the winning bank.

 According to the criteria issued by the executive committee of the association, the amount of capital and assets the banks have, the number of branches and areas they operate in terms of accessibility, the interest rate they pay for deposit accounts, the amount of credit they give, the length of time and interest rate for loan repayment, the responsibilities that have not been fulfilled in terms of solving the problems of the society, etc. By selecting them, they were asked to attend the office in person at a different time on one day to explain and respond to the questions raised by the members of the executive committee.

       Accordingly, the banks have sent 3-5 of their senior managers and relevant experts to work with the association and expressed their partnership to be a source of finance to achieve the dream of change that both the teachers and their association are doing.
