On the occasion of International Women's Day, the United Nations held a discussion with the African Economic Commission on the theme of "Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality".

Dr. Catherine Sozi, the organization's human affairs Ethiopian coordinator, said that the digital era has brought many opportunities that can benefit women and children by making work easier.
