Addis Ababa City Development Strategy Announced: Mayor Adanech Abebe

Mayor Adanech Abebe announced that the preparation of the Addis Ababa City Development Strategy has officially begun.

This will enable our city to have an integrated, organized and new urban development concept that will help us move forward in a sustainable way by identifying the potentials of our city, identifying opportunities, incorporating emerging needs and reducing challenges, and adopting a long-term vision, said the mayor.

By preparing this, it will allow us to incorporate new ideas that will allow us to coordinate and expand our development projects that are in the beginning and have gained scientific acceptance, and have been tested in practice, and to guide the revision of our structural plan that the city will lead in the coming years.

It will also help us to share our clear vision to mobilize all the development potentials to meet the growing needs of our city.
