Addis Ababa Deputy Mayor and Head of Industrial Development Bureau Jantarar Abai said that online service is more beneficial than creating a comfortable working environment to avoid abuse of the user. 

The Deputy Mayor visited Addis Ababa Land Development and Management Bureau's reform works.  

They stated that the office was able to enter more than 670 thousand files into the database in a short period of time by supporting the service provision with technology. 

They also pointed out that the online service being implemented by the Addis Ababa Land Development and Management Office has created work links from the center to the sub-city.
