Mayor Adanech Abebe has launched various projects in Gulele sub-city which will cost more than half a billion birr.

According to the promises given to the local residents before, the construction of various projects has been started today.

Among them:

- Construction of a 10-story residential building for low-income residents (to be built by the city administration)

- A bakery for mothers who work as woodcutters

- Construction of two 12-storey condominiums (to be built under the 70/30 program)

- Four-story job creation sheds

- The construction of various projects including the construction of the Hope Behran community center has started today.

Speaking at the launch program, Mayor Adanech said that the projects started will benefit mothers who pick wood and raise their children with perseverance and hard work, and youths who have job problems and will alleviate the housing problem in the district.

The growth and prosperity of our city will be ensured when the residents living in all areas of the city benefit equally, Mayor Adanech said.
