To help fix this, hospitality experts said that the dress code guidelines have been completed and sent to the mayor's office for approval.

The official said that when providing hospitality to tourists, it should be done in a manner that preserves the culture and values ​​of our country. Hospitality experts in hotels said that dress should be formal.

As Hirut (Dr.) pointed out; Hospitality professionals, especially women, are now required by some hotels to dress informally. He said that the act is shameful and dishonorable in terms of girl's rights.

When the guidelines are approved and put into effect, hospitality professionals working in hotels will be required to follow a uniform international standard dress code; He explained that this will allow to control the dress ceremony that does not respect Ethiopian culture and tradition.

He said that the residents of the city will present a request that the dress of hospitality professionals, which deviates from the culture seen in some hotels, should be corrected. He explained that when the directive is approved, it will answer all the questions. He pointed out that because the law also has a heavy fine, those who violate the instructions will be fined.

He said the bureau had been working for two years to come up with the dress code; They pointed out that after the law is approved, it will be put into action. He said that until the law is approved, there will be control work and there are changes in the monitoring and support.

Hirut (Dr.) states that tourists will not come back if substandard hospitality is provided because the competition in the tourism sector is international; They announced that the office will provide training to about two thousand working hospitality professionals every year to enable them to provide good hospitality in hotels.

International hotels in the city mentioned that their hospitality professionals are well dressed. He said that in some hotels, things that are not allowed in relation to the hairstyles of the female hospitality professionals will be monitored so that they can be improved.
