President Sahlework Zewde stated that our universities should improve the standard of living of our people, strengthen mutual interaction and create excellence of ideas.

President Sahlework Zewde attended the graduation ceremony of Addis Ababa University and sent a congratulatory message to the graduates and their parents.

The president said that learning means to bring about a change in behavior and to turn not only oneself but also others from the wrong path.

He also stated that an educated person solves the country's problems and works effectively by expanding his horizons.

He also mentioned that Addis Ababa University is playing a major role in providing quality human resources.
