In the Oromia region, more than 19,900 projects have been completed and put into service: Ato Shimelis Abdisa.

Out of the 29 thousand 762 projects being done in the Oromia region, 19 thousand 912 projects were completed and graduated in the last fiscal year, said the head of the region, Mr. Shimelis Abdisa.

As stated by the head of government in a message posted on his social media page, the fact that most of the completed projects are infrastructure projects shows that the government is paying attention to the benefit of the society.

"As we promised at the beginning of the change with the principle of "we will not start the work we do not finish", we have made it a tradition to cut the river by completing the projects we started," said the head of government, "Our change leadership in all levels of structures has not bowed to the internal and external challenges we have faced in the past few years, turning all difficult situations into opportunities. "We have completed projects that ensure the benefit of the community," he said.

He stated that 14 thousand 600 of these projects were carried out by the civil service, and 1 thousand 200 projects were built by the private sector, which confirms the establishment of a strong relationship between the government and the private sector based on trust and public benefit.
