 He stated that the administration of Sheger City is working to provide services supported by technology in the newly established sub-cities.

Sheger City Mayor Teshome Adugna told Fana Broadcasting Corporation that work has been done to completely restructure the new seven sub-cities that did not have a structure.

He stated that 12 sub-cities, including the newly formed sub-cities and those that have been reorganized, are working to make the services provided to the citizens in various sectors supported by technology.

Regarding human resources, he said that in the newly organized sub-cities, leaders have been assigned to serve the community with good morals and fairness.

They also said that other workers have been assigned by reassignment from the existing sub-district as well as by making new hires.

He added that they are currently organizing 33 districts under these sub-cities to put them into operation.

He also said that the city administration will soon start land registration in all sub-districts.

He also explained that as a city with a large farming community, providing services to the residents in a suitable manner, solving development issues and creating job opportunities for the youth in various fields is the main focus of the Sheger city administration.

Fana Broadcasting Corporation has observed the commencement of work of the newly formed Kura Jida Sub-district located in the area known as Legedadi Tafo Sub-district and Sandafa Road Geber Mizan.

It has been learned that 105 hectares of land has been brought under legal system in this work started in Kura Jeddah Sub-district.

Farmers and residents in the area say that they are happy that the sub-cities have started working in a new structure and that it will enable them to get services nearby by saving their time.

The youth, on the other hand, commented that the establishment of Sheger City and the re-organization of the sub-cities will play a significant role in developing areas that are not benefited from development and creating job opportunities for the youth.
