The 86th February 12 Martyrs Memorial Day was celebrated

Mayor Adanech Abebe laid a wreath under the martyrs' monument on the occasion of the 86th February 12 Martyrs' Memorial Day.

Mayor Adanech Abebe stated that the current generation should strengthen the history of independence built with blood by making their own history. In her speech on the 86th February 12th Martyrs' Commemoration Day, the mayor emphasized that the generation should avoid thinking that divides and drives unity and develop a habit of solving problems through discussion and consultation when faced with problems.

The president of the Ancient Ethiopian Heroes Association, Daniel Jote Mesfen, said that the government is working to preserve history and pass it on to the next generation.

The day was marked by wreath-laying, defense and federal marching bands and a parade by students.
